I want to put it out there to all who hire planners- Beware of the planner making all calls to your vendors, your references, reporting back to you what other vendors do or say etc. We encourage you to do your own research, meet with them yourself and use your own gut instinct.  Buffalo just isn’t that big.  Just because you hire a planner does not mean you don’t get to make the decisions.  Many of the planners in Buffalo have no clue about flower and decor design and simply worked for their child’s private school parties.  Just the title of ABC really only means they took the course – It’s experience and ideas that should motivate you.  Look at their pics, see what kind of tables they set up without the florist- Do you love them?

We provide coordination and planning and we do it for a nominal fee depending on the requirements.  We plan much of the event anyways as it stems out of our commitment to great aesthetics and our coordinator is there simply to help with finding a ceremony site, an officiant, a hotel etc. and to be there the day of if required.  She is non- invasive and an excellent coordinator and has spent 20 years in the business working with clients just like you.  She was a florist and knows all the ins and outs of planning the decor, as it was an offshoot of what we do every day. She works together with us not for money but simply because she loves our work. It makes her look good and she makes us look good. It’s reciprocal, consequently you look amazing!  It is simply an extension of our service not a deal with the coordinator.  Can she be trusted? yes, but hey, be skeptical.  She doesn’t tell you who to choose to work with.  She guides you with choices where you truly need them.
